IT Technician
Fashion-Inspired has its own marketing team and we are looking for an IT Technician to join our team to learn new things, take ownership of existing systems, and provide services to our employees and clients.
Your job responsibilities:
* Ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting and response to technical issues related to the company’s facilities.
* Immediate support of home based employees through remote takeover and training.
* Configure and maintain all technology equipment including computers, printers, switches, and back office systems.
* Assist with inventory monitoring, planning and execution.
Job Description:
* Experience with Windows and linux environments (installation, configuration, troubleshooting) – a must.
* Familiarity with network infrastructure Switch configuration- a must.
* High level of English (speaking, writing and reading) – Must have
* Familiarity with PHP development, MYSQL – a must.
* Good level of Chinese language – an advantage.
* Domain controller experience with Active Directory – an advantage.
* High level of interpersonal and service skills.
Marketing Conversion Rate Specialist
Fashion-Inspired has its own production research team, and we are looking for a Marketing Conversion Rate Specialist to join our team to learn new things, take ownership of existing systems, and provide services to our employees and clients.
About the role.
We are looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist to join our product team.
As a Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist, you will use your technical skills and strong analytical sense to work with our different user funnels and marketing channels to improve our conversion rates.
If you have a strong understanding of how traffic and audiences are built online, and how to drive improvements in user experience and conversion rates. We certainly want you to join our team!
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for A/B test setup and reporting test results to communicate learning and insights
Manage various web analytics tools and prepare reports for metrics evaluation
Map, measure and optimize our various marketing approaches.
Assist all marketing/product teams in tracking and measuring their campaigns
Collaborate with teams responsible for organic search, email and paid media to optimize each conversion path
Improve the conversion rate and usability of our website
Understand the competition and accurately position our products.
Job Description:
At least 2 years of experience in a conversion rate optimization or similar role in a global company
Understanding of user experience and user interface – a must
Experience with GA and GTM – a must
Experience with conversion rate optimization tools and A/B testing tools – a must
Experience mapping, measuring and optimizing various marketing methods
Expert in tracking, tagging and measuring traffic and web events.
Strong analytical skills.
Experience with B2C products – a big plus.
